How do I return an item? GameOutfitter.com provides a 14 day return policy on products, subject to the following exceptions and conditions: >Returns must be approved and confirmed by email in advance         - Email customerservice@gameoutfitter.com         - Include your order number, which items you would like to return, and why you need to return them         - Your inquiry will be approved and confirmed via email within 24-48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) >In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in the same condition as originally shipped         - All seals and/or shrink wrapping must be intact         - Item packaging must not be damaged >All returns shipped via USPS must be sent with "delivery confirmation" (not necessary if shipped via UPS)   >Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order GameOutfitter.com will refund the purchase price plus sales tax of returned items, less a 10% restocking fee, subject to the conditions outlined above. Actual shipping and insurance charges will not be refunded. Refund checks and credit card reimbursements will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of returned items.
