Returns Policy

GameOutfitter.com will refund the purchase price plus sales tax and shipping & handling charge of a cancelled order originally paid by credit card, as long as an email cancellation notice is received prior to shipping. Credit card reimbursement will be issued within 7 business days of an email cancellation.

GameOutfitter.com provides a 14 day return policy on products, subject to the following exceptions and conditions.

• Returns must be approved and confirmed by email in advance

• All items must arrive in the same condition as originally shipped

• All returns must be sent with a "return receipt requested" form

• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt

GameOutfitter.com will refund the purchase price plus sales tax of returned items, less a 10% restocking fee, subject to the conditions outlined above. Actual shipping and insurance charges will not be refunded. Refund checks and credit card reimbursements will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of returned items. Please note that we cannot accept partial packaging.
