1. Pre-orders are shipped out on a first-ordered, first- shipped basis when they become available.
2. Place pre-orders separately. All items ordered with pre-orders are shipped at the time the pre-order product becomes available. Please note that some products may become retired prior to the release of the pre-order item. In a case like this, we cannot guarantee that the retired products will be included with the order. If this is a concern, we strongly suggest that you order the instock items separately from the preorder items.
3. Credit cards are charged at the time the products are shipped. Please click here if you plan to pre-order using a bank debit card.
4. WizKids, the manufacturer of Mage Knight, HeroClix, MechWarrior, SportsClix, among others, has a policy to ship new releases in "waves." This means that our initial deliveries of new products are allocated on a weekly basis. Although we receive large amounts of product, we do not know the exact size of our allocation until it arrives. To ensure that your order will be shipped in one of the early waves, orders must be placed early. As always, we keep a "first ordered, first shipped" waiting list.

6. Per our Terms & Conditions, we are not responsible for unforeseen price increases by product manufacturers. In the event of a product price change prior to shipment, customers will be notified of the price change and provided with the option to keep, alter, or cancel the order.
