Sales Tax
Minnesota residents are required by law to pay 6.5% sales tax.

Cancellation, Return, and Order Change Policies
GameOutfitter.com will refund the purchase price plus sales tax and shipping & handling charge of a cancelled order originally paid by credit card, as long as an email cancellation notice is received prior to 12:00 Noon (CST) on the day of shipment. Credit card reimbursement will be issued within 7 business days of an email cancellation.
GameOutfitter.com provides a 14 day return policy on products, subject to the following exceptions and conditions.
- Returns must be approved and confirmed by email in advance
- All items must arrive in the same condition as originally shipped
- All returns must be sent with a "return receipt requested" form
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt
GameOutfitter.com will refund the purchase price plus sales tax of returned items, less a 10% restocking fee, subject to the conditions outlined above. Actual shipping and insurance charges will not be refunded. Refund checks and credit card reimbursements will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of returned items. Please note that we cannot accept partial packaging.
Order change requests must be received by email prior to 12:00 Noon (CST) on the day of shipment.
Limits of Liability
